What should I wear and bring to the class
- Wear comfy exercise clothes that you can sweat and move freely
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat if you have one
- Your biggest and best smile!
- Also, arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class, so you have enough time to meet your teacher, sign your waiver and settle in.
- Avoid eating a large meal within 2 hours prior to class. But if you’re hungry have a light snack, like a piece of fruit.
- And turn off your mobile phone while in the studio ; )

How often should I practise
You can practice as often as you like, but you will already see great benefits from practicing 2-3 per week.
I’m new to yoga, which class should I start
All of our yoga classes are beginner friendly, however, some classes are much easier than others. We recommend Hatha, Slow Flow or Yin Yoga to get you started.
I’m pregnant, when can I practice yoga
We recommend prenatal yoga from the 2nd to the 3rd Trimester of your pregnancy. But you must get your doctor’s OK before join us.
Once you have the OK, the suitable classes include Yin Yoga, Zen Ki Yoga, Qi Gong, Slow Flow or Meditation. Just be sure to make sure your instructor is aware that you are pregnant before class starts.
I had an injury in the past, can I still practice
We recommend that if you have any injuries or medical conditions, to please consult with your healthcare professional before beginning any type of new exercise. Please also remind your instructor before your class begins about any thing they may need to know. Their main priority is your safety and to provide you the best class possible for you!
